Refund policy

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales made through Adorable Bliss are final. Once a product is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, returns will be considered only in cases where the wrong product is shipped, the product is missing, or the item arrives damaged. In these instances, we kindly request that you contact our customer service team at hello@adorablebliss.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To facilitate the return or exchange process, a video of the unboxing is required, clearly showing the package from start to finish. This video must include the original, sealed package and any discrepancies such as incorrect or damaged items. Our team will review the video, and their decision will be final.

Upon receipt of your package, we strongly recommend that you inspect the seal to ensure it is intact. If the package seal appears tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept the package from the carrier.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • The product has been used or altered in any way.
  • The item or packaging shows signs of mishandling after receipt.
  • The product is missing original packaging, labels, or accessories.
  • The original packaging is damaged.

Our return policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are only processed once the cancellation or return request has been approved. After approval, we will initiate the refund from our office within 3-4 business days. The funds will then be transferred to the third-party payment gateway, which typically requires 7-15 business days to complete the refund and for the amount to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
